Homemade Salt & Pepper Squid

Our squid is made purely with the finest ingredients (that we can find, of course). The squid is mainly prepared by the main Sarkar, and he makes it beautifully full of flavour. The squid is deep fried, almost flash fried, as we want it to be as 'al dente' as possible but still retaining its original salt and peppery flavour. This dish is one of our best ones and I can only urge you to try this one out for yourself. It is definitely best served with seasoned noodles, an accompaniment of stir fried veg and soy sauce. Very tasty!
