Sushi is difficult to make. There's no doubt about that. But... we made it anyway! From start to finish, our preparation of the sushi was heavily time-consuming and difficult. However, as you will undoubtedly see from the pictures, we successfully created some good-looking (and definitely tasting) sushi. Even the preparation of the sushi rice took almost 1 hour itself. Draining the rice of excess starch is certainly not an easy task at all. Nevertheless, have a look at how great they turned out!
